Helm Technologies is in need of a Team Lead Software Architect, looking to build and lead a team in a rapidly growing company. Their role will be to plan, coordinate, and supervise all actions related to the integration of software programs and applications into organizational information systems. This role will involve heavy coding and testing the interoperability of application modules under development by in-house software development teams. Extensive C# experience is required in addition to 2-3 years of leadership experience.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in CS or computer engineering, and/or 5 or more years of equivalent work experience. 8 or more years direct experience in enterprise-level application integration. Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping. Extensive experience with SQL databases and query development. Technically fluent in programming languages such as .NET, PHP, Java, C, C#, Angular JS, React or other industry standard languages. Strong background in risk management methodologies as they relate to integration/software engineering. Direct, hands-on experience with automated integration tools. Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Knowledge of network protocols and standards, including TCPIP, Microsoft Windows/Active Directory networks and Terminal Services environments. Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements.
